Monomoy Properties REIT, LLC is a private Real Estate Investment Trust that was formed in 2014 with the purpose of building an industry leading single-tenant industrial portfolio specializing in Net Leased assets, specifically Class B & C warehouse, distribution & light manufacturing assets.
Recently, Monomoy has expanded its operational expertise beyond typical asset and property management to include construction projects such as design build, expansions and refurbishments.
We believe that our success is built on strong, long-lasting relationships with our tenants. It is our mission to streamline the management of our tenant’s real estate needs, thereby eliminating the uncertainty of operating space through term-extension and relocation. Our ability to act as a responsive landlord and capital provider for our tenants has often eliminated their real estate problems and allowed them to focus on operations.
The Monomoy team combines over fifty years of property development, construction
management, real estate finance, design and implementation experience. Our in-house experts leverage
this experience to place finished products in long term hold portfolios.
As a professional property manager, we take pride in our availability to proactively maintain our assets. We maintain frequent contact with each tenant by conducting yearly site visits and performing property maintenance, building renovations and expansion projects. We maintain excellent tenant relationships as we strive to fulfill their needs.
